目的:本研究目的為探討不同數量的追蹤點對計算膝關節角度之差異。方法:本研究受試對象為一位健康大專男性(身高:173公分;體重:65公斤;年齡:23歲),近一年來無重大下肢傷害。使用三維動作分析系統測量受試者在膝關節保持彎曲之靜態動作及以1.5 m/s的速度進行行走的分析膝關節角度會不會因為使用不同數量的追蹤點對計算膝關節角度之差異。本研究之資料分析使用Vicon Nexus動作分析軟體定義反光球的名稱,再利用軟體Visual 3D,建立人體肢段,經由Butterworth 6Hz的低通濾波去除雜訊,分析三度空間中膝關節角度之變化。以描述性統計進行比較分析。結果:無論使用靜態測試或是動態的走路測試在使用一顆或四顆的追蹤點其結果都是一致的。結論:在執行簡單動作時(如步態,肢段間的旋轉較少),可以使用一顆追蹤點的黏貼方式。
Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the discrepancy of applying different amount of retroreflective markers to knee angel calculation. Method: This study recruited one healthy male college student (stature:173 cm;body mass:65 kg;age: 23 years old) without severe lower limb related injury happened in the past one year. The 3 dimensional motion analyzing system was utilized to measure the participant's knee flexion in static state and walking state under the speed of 1.5m/s with different amount of retroreflective markers applied in each bout. Data analyzing was conducted by using Vicon Nexus motion analyzing software to define each marker on their relative position to the body. Afterwards, the body extremity was built by Visual 3D software. Finally, after wiped out the noise by Butterworth 6Hz low pass filtering. The statistical analyzation was brought out using descriptive statistic. Result: Neither in static state nor in dynamic state the number of retroreflective marker applied in the measurement does not affect the result. Conclusion: If the trial required less complex movement such as rotating movement between joints, it is viable to use one retroreflective marker in the experiment.
