本研究的目的在探討馬克操對於國小籃球隊員其運動表現之影響,並以短跑速度、彈跳能力及跳投準度做為評估之依據。研究對象為國小籃球隊員共24名,球齡均在一年以上,所有球員分成控制組及實驗組,控制組不接受馬克操的任何訓練課程,而實驗組則於平常籃球訓練課程外,再額外實施為期十周,每周三次,每次15分鐘之馬克操訓練。所有受試者在訓練的前、後都實施折返跑速度、彈跳力及跳投準度的測驗,最後以SPSS相依樣本t檢定分別分析實驗組及控制組的前、後測數據差異情況。分析結果顯示在三項測驗成績中,控制組均未達到顯著的差異,而實驗組則是達到顯著的差異。由此證明經過了十周的馬克操訓練課程後,在提升籃球隊員的短跑速度、彈跳力及跳投準度運動表現上,具有明顯的效果。
The purpose of this research was to explore the influence of Mach drills on the performance of elementary school basketball players. In this study, sprint speed, jumping power and jump shot accuracy were adopted as the basis for evaluation. The subjects of this study were 24 elementary school basketball players trained over one year, divided into a control group and an experimental group. The control group did not accept any training courses of Mach drills, but only normal basketball training courses. In the experimental group, in addition to the normal basketball training courses, an additional 3 days per week for a duration of 10 weeks Mach drills training was carried out. Every Mach drills training was 15 minutes. Before and after training, all subjects were tested for sprint speed, jumping power, and accuracy of jump shots. Finally, the SPSS dependent sample t test was used to analyze the difference between the pre-test data and post-test data. The analysis results showed that in the three test scores, the control group did not achieve significant differences, while the experimental group achieved significant differences. This proves that after ten-week Mach drills training courses, there were obvious effects in improving the sprint speed, jumping power and jump shot accuracy of basketball players.
