交通部觀光局自2004年起,開始堆動「I-center」旅遊服務體系區位特性及服務性質,分為4層級,臺南市目前有15處,另外臺南市觀光局也建置類「I-center」的簡易型旅遊諮詢服務,取名「問路店」,目前已累積有826處。本研究區域以臺南市安平區為主,探討其研究目的有二:(一)研究安平區的旅遊景點、美食(伴手禮)與旅遊諮詢服務站空間分布特性,並了解三者之關係是否有關聯性。(二)研究旅遊諮詢服務站與旅遊景點、美食(伴手禮)之關聯性後,並討論這些旅遊諮詢服務站的類別為何,以及其密集程度是否為必要性。本研究方法的交通工具以「步行」方式為主,並利用「地理資訊系統」,將區內的「旅遊諮詢服務站」,與「旅遊景點」和「美食(伴手禮)店家」進行300公尺環域和疊圖分析。研究結果發現安平區的旅遊景點、美食(伴手禮)與旅遊諮詢服務站空間分布特性,以上三者空間分布特性大多集中於安平路、古堡街,延伸至安平運河邊,並有密切關聯性。另外,這些旅遊諮詢服務站的類別中,特別是「便利商店」,有些分布距離旅遊景點、美食(伴手禮)店甚遠,無法發揮其功用。因此,建議旅遊諮詢服務站其密集程度認為需多方考量,方能將其諮詢服務功能發揮。
Since 2004, the Tourism Bureau has begun to implement the "I-center" travel information system's regional characteristics and nature of service. "I -center" simple travel consulting service, named "Tainan Information Center", has accumulated 826 . The purpose of the study is to explore two aspects: (1) To study the spatial distribution characteristics of tourist attractions, food shops and travel information stations in Anping District, and to understand whether the three are related. (2) After studying the relevance of travel information stations, tourist attractions and food shops, discuss the types of these tourist attractions stations and whether their density is necessary. The transportation in this research method is mainly "walking", and the "GIS" is used to connect the " travel information station" in the area, and "tourist attractions" and "food shops" are used for 300 buffer analysis and map overlay analysis. The research results found that the spatial distribution characteristics of tourist attractions, food shops and travel information stations in Anping District. Most of the spatial distribution characteristics of the above three are concentrated on Anping Road, Gubao Street, extending to the Anping Canal, and are closely related. In addition, among the categories of these travel information stations, especially "convenience stores," some are located far away from tourist attractions and food shops and cannot perform their functions. Therefore, it is recommended that the density of travel information stations is considered to require multiple considerations in order to give full play to their consulting service functions.
