本研究旨在探討日本和諧粉彩畫之休閒效益,希望研究結果更能在國內發揮和諧粉畫的休閒效益功能。研究對象預計以8位日本和諧粉彩畫正指導師為主,這8位日本和諧粉彩畫正指導師皆有實際授課經驗兩年以上。研究方法採用質性研究之訪談技巧與半結構性問卷調查方式,調查內容主要分為兩部份,第一為探討日本和諧粉彩畫正指導師對學習及參與日本和諧粉彩畫的休閒效益為何,第二部份為探討日本和諧粉彩畫執行過程中所需注意事項。希望研究結果除了增進國人對日本和諧粉彩畫的了解,也希望提升日本和諧粉彩畫在國內的休閒效益。研究結果歸納分析得到:一、在休閒效益部分,正指導師多半認為日本和諧粉彩畫在心靈方面可以逹到自我探索、自我對話,療癒人心、紓壓及放鬆效果,讓人感受到光明、柔和、溫暖和夢幻和找到希望,對心靈層面也有一種淨化和提昇的作用。另外,也能讓畫者和賞畫者透過畫作互相學會欣賞對方及和親朋好友做分享,是一種很好的正向能量的社交工具。二、注意事項部分,刮粉時不要刮太多的粉,對於高齡跟小孩可使用濾網或者是像悠遊卡那一種的卡片來刮粉,避免危險性。過程中要引導學員去感受自己,讓自己的內在去帶領引導自己完成作品,同時觀察每一位學員當下的表情或者是心情。
The aim of this research was to analyze the leisure benefits of Japanese harmony pastel Nagomi Art, and to exert the effectiveness of causal function. Eight supervisors of Japanese harmony pastel Nagomi Art were involved, and these supervisors have more than two years' experience of teaching. Qualitative research and semi-structure questionnaires were used to evaluate the leisure benefits. Moreover, the research also included executive process, materials and precautions of Japanese harmony pastel Nagomi Art. It is hoped that the research results will not only enhance the understanding of Japanese harmonious pastels, but also improve the leisure benefits of Japanese harmonious pastels in Taiwan. The results were showed as below: 1..For the leisure benefits, most of the positive instructors think that Japanese harmony pastel painting can achieve self-exploration, self-talk, healing, stress relief and relaxation effects in the soul, making people feel bright, soft, warm and dreamy And finding hope also has a purifying and elevating effect on the spiritual level. In addition, it can also allow painters and viewers to learn to appreciate each other and share with relatives and friends through paintings. It is a very good social tool for positive energy. 2. In precautions, students do not scrape too much powder when scraping the powder. For the elderly and children, you can use a filter or a card like a leisure card to scrape the powder to avoid danger. During the process, students should be guided to feel themselves, let their inner self lead and guide them to complete the work, and at the same time observe the current expression or mood of each student.
