隨著近年運動健康產業的蓬勃發展,越來越多人對於健康和運動的觀念改變,而願意投入在運動上面,其中尤以「健身」類的成長最為明顯,然而重量訓練對於初學者來說仍然是不易踏入的門檻,初學者在沒有其他朋友或是教練引導的情況下,對於自主訓練的安排通常是不清楚的、一成不變的,常使初學者在摸索過程中遭遇許多挫折而中斷訓練或是狀態停滯不前,而無法達到目標。本研究透過使用者經驗設計流程,瞭解目前坊間重量訓練APP之應用方式,並進一步探討非專業型的訓練者在自主訓練上所遇到的困難和相關的需求。後續以使用者需求為核心設計一套名稱為「Training Plan」的重量訓練課程排程APP,而APP的核心價值在於依據使用者選擇訓練目的與習慣,生成一套適合該使用者的訓練課表,當中結合了週期化訓練的概念和靈活的微調順序與動作的功能,讓使用者可以有效率地進行每個週期不同強度的訓練,以漸進式的方式,達到使用者的訓練目標,並透過不同週期不同強度的刺激,將訓練瓶頸的發生率降低。最後透過使用者測試發現,對於使用者來說自動排程課表、靈活調整的特性和訓練紀錄,在他們訓練上具有實質的幫助,另外對於教練,也意外能幫助教練在教程上能快速生成課表,再去做細部的調整,有效減少重量訓練課表排程上的繁瑣度,並提升初學者在訓練者自主訓練上的方便性。
Based on User Experience Design (UED), this research aims to realize the current application to workout apps and investigate the difficulties and needs amateur trainees encounter in self-training. The researcher designs a user-centered workout app called "Training Plan," which allows users to organize their workout routine. This app is based on individual purposes and habits, creating a personalized workout plan for users. In addition, it also combines the periodization and function of changing order and movements, which allows users to workout efficiently in different intensity levels and periods. In this way, users can not only achieve their goals by progressive training but also reduce the possibility of workout dilemma through different intensity of stimulation in different periods of time. According to the test of user experience, trainees think "Training Plan" do really help them in terms of automated scheduling system, flexible functions and training records. Besides, trainers can also arrange their workout plan quickly and make subtle changes easily, which reduces the complexity in arranging their workout schedule. Therefore, this app provides the convenience for the novice trainee in self-training.
