藍瓶反應在化學課程上是一個廣為人知的示範實驗。但對於藍瓶反應的反應機構仍不甚清楚。因此本文對藍瓶反應進行動力學研究,以期對其反應機構有所了解與釐清。本實驗結果得到如下結論1. 葡萄糖對於藍瓶反應的動力學級數為一級。2. 氫氧化鈉對於藍瓶反應的動力學級數:(1) 當氫氧化鈉濃度遠小於1.36M 時,級數為一級。(2) 當氫氧化鈉濃度遠大於1.36M 時,級數為零級。3. 氧濃度對於亞甲白(D)形成亞甲藍(Dox)反應的動力學級數一級。4. 反應的速率方程式:(1) 亞甲白形成亞甲藍的反應速率方程式:rate = 0.0042[O_2] [D]。(2) 亞甲藍褪色速率方程式:方程式略
The blue bottle reaction is a widely known and popular demonstration in chemistry classes. But the mechanism of blue bottle reaction is still not very clearified. Therefore the main purpose of this study is the blue bottle reaction on kinetic and to deduce the mechanism of the reaction. The conclusions are: 1. The effect of glucose concentration is the first order reaction. 2. The effect of sodium hydroxide concentration on kinetic: (1) The effect of sodium hydroxide concentration is the first order reaction. when the concentration of sodium hydroxide is less than 1.36 M. (2) The effect of sodium hydroxide concentration is the zero order reaction. when the concentration of sodium hydroxide is more than 1.36 M. 3. The effect of oxygen concentration is the first order reaction. 4. The rate equation: (1) Methylene white (D) forms Methylene blue (Dox): rate = 0.0042[O_2] [D] (2) Methylene blue decolor: The equation is abbreviated
