常見的急性腦中風症狀FAST辨識圖示意義釋讀研究

文宣品是以視覺記號為表意形式的廣告方法之一，設計者透過有意味的圖文與閱讀者們交流是其主要的核心目的。因此，就實用的意義來說，一件以表意為主的文宣品之價值，乃決定閱讀者的反應與接受程度。腦中風過去數十年間一直被列為國內十大死亡原因的前三位。因此，如何在緊急的狀況下，讓民眾可以輕易的閱讀「急性腦中風症狀FAST辨識圖示」讓民眾握黃金時間立即判斷並做合適的處置，是圖示設計者首要關注的議題之一。有鑒於此，本文選擇以4款常見的「急性腦中風症狀FAST辨識圖示」文宣品為例做一實驗性測試，透由「深度訪談法」訪談20位不同職業的民眾，企圖從中了解當前在國內此四款常見「急性腦中風症狀FAST辨識圖示」的是如何被受訪民眾釋讀？同時，也比較其中之差異性，再進一步了解問題所在？研究結果發現：首先，文宣品運用不同的色彩來區別事物的差異性，簡單明瞭，讓閱讀者容易辨識。其次，在文宣品FAST英文字母後輔以中文加以解釋，讓閱讀者更明白圖示所要表達的涵義。另外，文宣品圖像以簡單造形來呈現，增加閱讀者的記憶。再者，文宣品中運用粗體字可增加視覺效果，並加深閱讀者的印象。本研究之結果未來或可提供相關單位，做為未來製作相關文宣品設計時的參考依據。

Posters are one of the advertising methods in the form of visual signs that a designer communicates with the readers through a meaningful graphic and is the main core purpose. Therefore, in the practical sense, the value of a poster is to determine the degree of response and acceptance of the reader. Stroke over the past few decades has been classified as the top ten causes of death of the top three. Therefore, how in the emergency situation, so that people can easily read the ＂stroke symptoms FAST identification icon＂ to let people grasp the golden time to immediately determine and do the appropriate disposal, is the designer of the primary concern of one of the issues. In view of this, this study selected four common ＂acute stroke symptoms FAST identification icon＂ as case study. The method of interview was applied to interview 20 different occupations of the people, trying to understand the current in Taiwan, the four common ＂acute stroke symptoms FAST identification icon＂ is how to be interviewed by the public? At the same time, these icons were also compared to understand their differences. The results of the study found that: First of all, the use of different colors to declare the difference between the different things, simple and clear, so that readers easy to identify. Second, in the text of the FAST English letters followed by Chinese to explain, so that readers understand the meaning of the icon to express. In addition, the text of the image to a simple shape to show, to increase the memory of the reader. Moreover, the use of bold text in the text can increase the visual effect, and enhance the impression of the reader. The results of this study in the future or can provide relevant units, as the future production of related product design reference.
