本研究針對桃園市桃園區、八德區、大溪區、蘆竹區、龜山區、中壢區、龍潭區、平鎮區、新屋區、觀音區、復興區等11區的免費市民公車乘客滿意度進行調查,以了解乘客對於目前免費公車服務品質之看法。調查分析結果可提供主管機關與客運公司公平且明確之服務表現現況評估,並可據以改進營運服務,進而使免費市民公車的營運服務品質得以再提升,吸引民眾搭乘。本調查總計回收之有效樣本達2,709份。其中,97.4%的受訪者表示對免費市民公車的服務感到滿意,六成以上受訪者表示非常滿意。此外,98.3%的受訪者都表示非常支持免費市民公車的政策,只有1%的受訪民眾表示非常不支持該政策。整體而言,本次調查以八德區的整體滿意度最高,有九成受訪者表示非常滿意免費市民公車的服務,其次則為龜山區,表示非常滿意的受訪者也有八成以上。其他,如大溪、復興、蘆竹等區,表示非常滿意的受訪者也都在七成以上。根據質化與量化調查結果,提供建議供主管單位參考。
This study investigates the passengers satisfaction of free shuttle bus from 11 districts of Taoyuan City, including Taoyuan District, Bade District, Daxi District, Luzhu District, Guishan District, Zhongli District, Longtan District, Pingzhen District, Xinwu District, Guanyin District, and Fuxing District, and then to understand the passenger's perceptions of free bus service quality. The results provide the performance evaluation of free shuttle bus service for the competent authority and the bus company and accordingly improve the operation performance, service quality, and use of free shuttle bus. This investigation collected 2709 valid samples. Through the analysis on the satisfaction investigation of all respondents, 97.4% of them expressed satisfaction, over 60% of them showed great satisfaction. Besides, 98.3% of respondents were very supportive of the free shuttle bus service, only 1% of them were not very supportive. On the whole, Bade District had the highest overall satisfaction, over 90% of respondents expressed great satisfaction. Next was Guishan District, over 80% of respondents expressed great satisfaction and other Districts, such as Daxi, Fuxing, and Luzhu, over 70% of respondents expressed great satisfaction. Quantitative and qualitative results offer the suggestions for the competent authority.
