Overweight is likely to become a risk factor for major diseases. The World Obesity Federation pointed out that the number of obese people in the world will reach 2.7 billion by 2025. According to data from the National Health Administration of the Ministry of Health and Welfare in the 2013-2016 "Survey on Changes in National Nutrition and Health Status", data showed that prevalence rate of adult over weight and obesity in my country is 45.4% (53.4% for men and 38.3% for women). Statistics show that overweight and obesity account for nearly half of adults in Taiwan. The National Health Administration of the Ministry of Health and Welfare has also promoted that DASH and Mediterranean diets are also new trends in catering, hoping to design relevant weight control courses and lose weight after the intervention of the courses. This study uses the health belief model as a basis to design a series of related weight control courses, which can improve the weight loss of employees. Sixty subjects were recruited in an enterprise, and a 30-minute course intervention was performed twice a week for 12 consecutive weeks, and demographic data, weight, and BMI were collected before and after the intervention. According to the survey results of the previous test, before participating in interventional activities, each exercise time was 0-30 minutes, accounting for 60.8%, followed by 31-60 minutes, accounting for 16.1%; Exercise intensity is mostly" 6 points and 7"points, accounting for 12.5% ; sports participation is mostly "low sports participation", which accounts for 10.6%. After the 30- minute exercise session twice, a week, their weight before intervention was 72.12±3.52 and 70.02±2.49 after intervention, and overall an average drop of more than 2 kg, BMI is 29.33±0.85 before intervention and 29.01±0.83 after intervention, indicates that it is effective after intervention. Curriculum planning for exercising twice in 12 weeks is one of the feasible ways for the corporate workplace and has a positive impact. It can reduce the indicators of metabolic syndrome and reduce the chance of cardiovascular disease.
