The background of this study is history and culture at Sankandian in the Yongkang District of Tainan City. The main teaching is importing ecological features used in art creation. With bionic thinking techniques applied to Rhacophorus arvalis shape design, strengthen the powers of observation for the children, whereby the local thematic special courses to construct art class in primary school. Research results: 1. The struction of teaching method applied to powers of observation by bionic thinking: strengthen the observation by bionic thinking approach is divided into two categories "aesthetic appearance" and "internal biological principle", follow the order "from the inside out", and to understand the inner workings of biological structures, Import structure and function of understanding, then strengthen the aesthetic appearance of shape understanding, color and texture of the understanding, and so elements. 2. Bionic thinking can improve children's powers of observation, further more accurately grasp the performance at characteristics of the species shape: from the questionnaire end of the course teaching experiment of the t-test show - the ability to grasp the characteristics of overall shape at the Rhacophorus arvalis, the experimental group significantly higher than the control group, confirmed- bonic thinking teaching techniques can significantly enhance the observation of the species. 3. The art teaching model integration of ecological study and local history is divided into three stages: (1) Preparatory activities - children learn by multidomain integration, established ecological and cultural-historical knowledge. (2) Development activities - the use of bionic thinking teaching practices, ecological and cultural images into artistic creation. (3) Integrated activities -experience ecological cultural and creative industries by the way of drama.
