Reading in digital age is one of the basic academic skills in terms of acquiring knowledge and understanding the world for elementary school students. In the digital age, mobile technologies enable the spread of massive information and challenged the reading skills. Digital reading literacy become an essential ability for reading digital texts, but also focuses on the ability to navigate, select, judge, read, and integrate information. The purpose of the study was to develop the digital reading literacy course using ADDIE instructional design model. The results of the study showed that there was no difference in information search among the students in the ADDIE instructional design model, but there was a significant difference in content browsing and knowledge integration. It indicated that the ability in these two areas were improved.
