本研究的目的在於研究跆拳道學員、助教與教練之間的性格特徴。以問卷調查表台灣15家跆拳道館中的450位學員、17位教練、21位助教,總共488位相關人員為調查對象。本研究以SPSS 15.0統計軟體,來分析各個道館的資料。在性格的特色是以控制幅度(locus of control, LOC),認知需求(need for cognition, NFC),目標與動機(goals and motivation, GM)與焦慮感(ANX)來做測度工具。而上述所列出的特性可與領導品質整合起來做整體的綜合評估與考量。結果發現在總教練與助教之間,並沒有顯著的性格差異。但在教練與學員,助教與學員之間的性格卻有顯著差異。所以在跆拳道高層成員之變異較少的原始假設性完全符合,而在未來應用於瞭解組織階層中和社會系統內的關係是主從關係。
The personality characteristics between taekwondo students, teaching assistant and coach were investigated. This is based on the questionnaire of 450 students, 17 coaches and 21 teaching assistants (Total N=488) to run the data analysis of exploratory factor analysis, item analysis and reliability analysis. The Research is run by statistical software SPSS 15.0 to construct the model. The personality style measured were locus of control (LOC), need for cognition (NFC), goals and motivation (GM), and anxiety (ANX), the previous style listed could be associated with leadership qualities. We get the conclusion that there are no significant differences between the coach and teaching assistant. There are significant differences between coach and their students as well as teaching assistant and students. These findings indicate the original hypothesis that stated personalities become less varied in the higher taekwondo dojo hierarchy is supported. Future applications of this research will be relevant to understanding the dynamics within similar hierarchical organizations.
