摘要


在餐飲宴會或酒吧,當需同時要服務多位賓客,同一時間產出許多杯酒時,服務人員往往需要反覆倒酒動作,不僅影響服務速度,也增加服務人員體力的勞累。為了滿足一次動作產出多杯酒之需求,分酒器功能設計以酒渠引道數量分流產出多杯酒,不但速度加速,也減少勞累。分酒器設計為固定八酒渠數量(以葡萄酒為例750ML服務8杯為準),因此一次操作可倒8杯酒,且使每杯酒容量一致。酒渠數量固定為八渠道,遇僅需服務六位客人之情況時,僅需將調動酒渠數量之分酒器,以可開啟關閉之酒渠閘門,控制引道酒渠數量,八渠道分酒器關閉兩個酒渠道閘門,即可彈性變更為產出六杯酒之六渠道分酒器,避免造成浪費。調動酒渠數量之分酒器,設計可開啟或關閉之酒渠閘門,控制酒渠數量,亦可控制閘門的寬度,以流速相同其引道寬度大小控制流經之酒液量,達到依客人個別要求,彈性控制注入的酒液容量,滿足顧客個人化的需求量。

In this research, the principles of TRIZ are applied in designing an Adjustable Wine Pourer especially for bar operation, which can produce at most 8 glasses of wine at a time, each at the same amount. In a banquet or at a bar, bartenders or attendants need to serve many guests. To meet the need of everyone, they are often observed pouring wine repeatedly, one glass after another, which is not only exhausting but also time-consuming. To solve the problem, a wine pourer which can produce a multiple number of wines is a must. In response to the need, our wine pourer is designed to produce 8 glasses of wine at a time, each precisely at 750ml. Equipped with 8 spouts, it can serve eight guests all at once with the exact amount. If fewer glasses are needed, tiny sluices can be operated to cut down on the output numbers. The width of each spout can also be adjusted by those sluices to lessen the amount poured into certain glasses. Thus, the individual need of each guest can be satisfied efficiently.
