台北市水廠附近溪水污染之生態研究第二報　溪水內生物因子之分析

本研究之目的，在調查台北市水廠附近溪水內水質污染之情形，並分析該溪水內生物因子的變化。本研究選取四個採水站：St.2在萬盛溪內，其餘三站（St.1，St.3及St.4）均在新店溪內，距台北市水廠入水口都很近。本研究自民國61年9月開始，至62年8月底為止，每月採水二次，共採用24次，分析項目包括溪水內的理化因子及生物因子。關於理化因子之分析結果，已發表於中國生物學報第八期，現將該溪水內生物因子之分析結果，列述於下：1.在St.2及St.4兩站水內細菌總數均較飲用水標準值（100/ml）為高，而在St.4水內的細菌數時常會超過1.0 X 10^6 /ml。2.在St.2水內之大腸桿菌，每次均超過溪水流放水標準值（5.1 X 10^7 /100ml），在St.2水內有時亦會超過此值，其餘二站多數時間則在此樣準值限度內。3.在St.2水內，常出現許多強腐水性指標種，如眼蟲、顫藻及庫列蚊幼蟲等，其餘三站有時亦見到腐水性指標種出現。根據溪水內細菌總數，大腸桿菌數以及浮游生物的指標種，顯示萬盛溪（St.2）的水質污染極為嚴重，而中正橋附近之新店溪水（St.4）之有機物污染亦相當嚴重，距離台北市水廠入水口很近之福和橋站（St.1）及水源地站（St.3）之新店溪水亦有輕度之污染。

The water pollution in Hsin-Tein stream and Wan-Shin stream near the entrance of the waterworks in Taipei City was investigated. Four stations were selected: St.2 was in Wan-Sheri stream and the others (St.1, St.3 and St.4) were in Hsin-Tein stream. The surveys started in September, 1972 and ended in August, 1973. Two surveys were taken monthly. The important findings with relation to biotic factors were as follows: 1. The total count of bacteria in both St.2 and St.4 were generally much more than the standard value of drinking water (100/ml). Especially it was higher than 1.0 x 10^6 /ml. 2. The amount of coliform count were 1.46 x 10^5 /100ml, and 1.98 x 10^7 /100ml, in the water of St.2 and St.4 respectively. They were higher, than that of standard value (1.2 x 10^5 /100ml) of water in the stream. However it was rarely higher than that of standard value in both St.1 and St.3 occassionally. 3. In station 2, there were many polysaprobic indicator species such as Euglena, Oscillaria, larvae of Culex and Lyngbya ...... etc. which were rarely observed in other stations. The present study indicated that the water in Wan-Shen stream (St.2) belonged to the polysaprobic degree. St.4 was serously contaminated by organic compounds of domestic pollution, and both St.1 and St.3, were slight contaminated by the polluted water of Wan-Shen stream.
