觀察培養於金質網格片上的金魚(Carassius auratus L.)黃色色素細胞應用光學顯微鏡,穿透手和掃描電子顯微鏡比較這三種工具在細胞學研究的優缺點,並且介紹用高壓穿透電子顯微鏡研究細胞三度空間構造的方法。
Goldfish (Carassius auratus L.) xanthophores were cultured and grown on tormvar coated gold mesh electron microscope grids or formvar nets. These methods enable the examination of individual cells by three types of microscopy: 1) high resolution light microscopy, 2) transmitted electron microscopy, 3) scanning electron microscopy. The advantages and disadvantages of whole mount preparation for use in cell biology are discussed.
