吳郭魚（Tilapia mossambica）卵發生的觀察

摘要
本實驗報告魚齡自三個月至十二個月期間吳郭魚卵發生的情形，在六個月以內，其卵巢中卵的卵徑小於0.5 mm。魚齡是為六個月及九個月時，卵徑各為0.75～1.00 mm及1.00～2.00 mm。當魚齡為十三個月時，卵巢中主要由兩種大小的卵組成，各為0.50～1.00 mm及2.00～2.30 mm。當卵徑為0.50～1.00 mm時，幾乎所有的卵均有大核，但卵徑為2.00～2.30 mm時，至少有一半以上的卵已無大核。

We studied the oogenesis of Tilapia mossambica from 3 to 13 month of age. The diameter of ovarian oocyte was under 0.50 mm within 6 month and increased to 0.75-1.00 mm, and 1.00-2.00 mm by 6 and 9th month respectively. By 13th month, ovarian oocytes were dominated in 2 groups of 0.50-1.00 mm and 2.00-2.30 mm. Almost all oocytes of 0.50-1.00 mm had their germinal vesicles intact and more than 50 % of oocytes with diameter of 2.00-2.30 mm had their germinal vesicle breakdown.
