臺灣北部地區單細胞鼓藻類(Desmids)分類研究(I)
Studies on Desmids of Northern Taiwan (I) Unicellullar Desmids
摘要
臺灣本島關於鼓藻的專門研究，目前尚付闕如，有關鼓藻的報告，僅散見於一般淡水浮游生物的調查中，為瞭解本島鼓藻的種類及分佈，自民國74年8月起至76年10月，從臺北縣、桃園縣、新竹縣等3縣10個鄉鎮15個村里的水田、停滯水域等20個採集地點，進行每季最少一次的不定期採集，標本經處理後並加以鑑定。本階段已鑑定的種類為16屬86種，本報告報導其中10屬71藻體為單細胞的部份：分別為Penium屬3種；Closterium屬11種；Euastrum屬9種；Micrasterius屬6種；Staurastrum屬8種；Cosmarium屬20種；Arthrodesmus屬1種；Triploceras屬1種；Tetmemorus屬2種；Plenrotaenium屬10種。

The present study was based on a part of the Desmids collections made by the author from northern Taiwan between August 1985 and October 1987. A total of 71 species are recorded in this paper, including 3 Penium spp., 11 Closterium spp., 9 Euastrum spp., 6 Micrastrias spp., 8 Staurastrum spp., 20 Cosmarium spp., 1 Arthrodesmus sP., 1 Triploceras sp., 2 Tetmemorus spp., and 10 Pleurotaenium spp. The morphological descriptions, taxonomic illustrations, and habitats for each of these algae are provided. Vaucher specimens were deposited in Tao Yuan County, Yang Moi Elementary School.
