警察心理健康輔導機制之研究

A Research on Counseling Mechanism of Police Mental Health

摘要


警察是身心危勞高風險族群,每當發生警察自殺事件時,對於社會大眾造成極大的震撼,顯示出警察人員對心理諮商輔導之迫切需求。為維護警察心理健康,「關老師」機制於焉產生。然而在運作上遭遇到許多困境與挑戰:名稱的錯覺、輔導專業人力和經費不足、員警主動求助意願低、關老師專業訓練有待提升、關老師專業倫理有待加強等。本文提出許多具體的討論:關老師角色和功能的定位、專業人力的提升、專業能力的提升、以及全面推動高關懷個案篩選工作等,作為關老師機制運作的精進作為,來協助警察面對心理的困擾,進而提升警察的健康。

The police are high-risk groups in physical and mental health, whenever a police suicide incident occurred, causing great shock to the community, showing the demand for psychological counseling by police officers. Thus indicating the police demand for psychological counseling. In order to maintain the mental health of the police, the "Teacher Guan" system was created. However, in the operation encountered many difficulties and challenges: the illusion of the name, the lack of counseling professional manpower and funds, the police do not ask for help, professional training and ethics needs to be improved. This paper discusses some specific ways of thinking: the promotion of professional manpower and ability, comprehensive selecting high-risk cases, to help the police face psychological problems, enhance the health of the police.
