公共危險物品場所設置及消防設施之研究
The Research of Sitting Public Hazardous Material and its Fire Protection Facilities
摘要
依據消防法第15條規定，公共危險物品及可燃性高壓氣體應依其容器、裝載及搬運方法進行安全搬運；達管制量時，應在製造、儲存或處理場所以安全方法進行儲存或處理。公共危險物品及可燃性高壓氣體之範圍及分類，製造、儲存或處理場所之位置、構造及設備之設置標準，儲存、處理及搬運之安全管理辦法，由中央主管機關會同中央目的事業主管機關定之。本文旨在蒐集、分析公共危險物品文獻，整合公共危險物品之相關法令規定，並與美國及日本有關規定分析比較，詳細探討其消防安全設施、檢修方法及判定基準，並提出氣體滅火設備在室內危險物品場所之應用，以作為將來各工廠設置公共危險物品時之設計參考。

In accordance with the fire law 15th article, the public hazardous material and combustible high pressure gas should be contained, loading and moving safety. Once it reaches the control quantity, should handle safely on the site of manufacture, storage or trade place. The safety control means of scope, category, site, structure and safety of manufacture, storage or trade place of the public hazardous material and combustible high pressure gas should be made by Central Committee Controlling Organization and Central Goal Enterprise Controlling Organization. This paper is purposed to collect and analyze the fire case of the public hazardous material. In order to compare the relative regulations and acts, peer discussion fire protection facilities and its overhaul for the site of the public hazardous material should be proceeded. The result of the research is expected good help in the future design.
