智慧建築蓬勃發展,大樓自動化管理日趨重要,大樓管理的重要核心之一在於中央監控系統及中央監控室規劃。本研究以此為發展緣起,調查公共建築中控室及中控系統使用現況及維運管理問題,研究主要以空間探討為重點。中控室現況規劃方式及現有維運問題調查方式為訪問專家及個案研究。運用專家實務經驗彙整現況規劃方式及常見規劃問題,產出中控室規劃設計重點及應注意事項。個案研究以辦公、校園公共建築為對象,調查個案中控室平面規劃及使用現況,分析歸納所有個案維運問題,反映回推中控室規劃設計不當之處,將問題改善方式作為後續產出中控室設計準則的部分來源。綜合上述資料及本研究了解中控人員每日工作項目後對於空間規劃的見解,歸納一套中央監控室規劃設計準則。並以該設計準則為規劃條件,模擬中控室空間設計,根據不同設備規模及智慧化程度提出三種空間型式作為規劃參考,中央監控室規劃設計不再是一項困難的議題。
Intelligent building automatically management becomes more and more important as time goes on. One of the core focuses in building managements is central control system and central control room. That is the main purpose for this research. This study investigated the planning status of the central control room and the problem of maintenance management through the literature survey, expert interviews, case studies and regulations. The research interviewed the experts so as to found the problem about central control room maintenance. With expert advice, the research can get the point about planning the control room. In cases study, investigating the control room of office buildings and campus public buildings can realized the control room planning and the daily work of the control staff. It can be found that some problem had occurred due to the poor interior planning. The study can present solution to solve the problem. These case study experiences can be a part of design guideline. According to the design guideline, the research showed three kinds of planning for the central control room. With the above references and results, planning a good central control room is no longer a difficult issue.
