依據聯合國建議,每人應至少享有環境綠地面積20M^2,比對台北市民僅5.16M^2明顯不足;現代人每天有80%~90%的時間處於室內環境,持續缺乏綠意且身心壓力極大的八小時空調空間中作業,室內若加以綠化,當可美化環境、減少疲勞感及改善空氣品質;本研究以探討室內垂直綠牆為目標,分析室內適合植栽,導入智慧感知設施以模擬室外生長基礎環境提升植物內化後生存機率,當可減低後期維護。經研究顯示室外環境中土壤需具保水性,室內則宜選用透氣度佳之介質避免根部浸潤傷害;室外植物選用增加環境彩度之季節花期為主,室內種植因缺乏陽光照射,需以耐久性觀葉植物為主,建立室內環境之智慧系統輔助不穩定之光質、介質、溫濕度等,可確實創造室內景觀效能進而提供都市增進綠化機會。
