一對一線上高級成人華語閱讀課程設計與實踐個案研究

The Design and Implementation of One-on-One Online Lessons: The Case of Advanced Adult Mandarin Chinese Reading

摘要


處在科技日新月異發展、全球化的後疫情時代,線上華語課程愈趨蓬勃發展且型態多樣。有更多的學生願意選擇一對一線上華語課程,藉此提升學習有效性。現階段一對一線上華語課程及其研究多關注於初級至中級之口說與聽力課程。本研究因此著重於成人高級華語閱讀課程設計與實踐,從個案研究中探究課程設計良窳。本研究首先探究課程選擇之規準要素、L. Anderson等人所提出之認知領域教學目標、M. Skilbeck所提出之情境分析模式(Situation Model),以及ADDIE成人華語戲劇閱讀教學模式,發展「一對一線上高級成人華語閱讀課程設計」。課程落實十二週、每週75分鐘,並包含一次課前深度訪談學生華語能力以及閱讀學習需求,共十三週線上互動與授課。透過教材抽樣難易度、結合認知領域教學目標與閱讀教學活動比對、學習者形成性與總結性評估、教材生詞難度與占比統計、學習者問卷及文字回饋等數據分析,確立本研究課程設計之有效性。本研究亦提出幾項建議:第一、課程以閱讀學理及ADDIE模式為本,並著重適性化之「線上情境分析」發展。第二、建立數位學習與教學歷程檔案的可能性。第三、閱讀教材與華語閱讀教學法應保持多元彈性。本研究藉由課程設計與實踐之各項數據分析,確認研究設計成效,進而確立一對一線上高級成人華語閱讀課程之教學方向。

With the development of technology, globalization, and the post-pandemic situation, online Mandarin Chinese classes are booming and prosperous, increasingly taking diverse forms. More students are willing to take one-on-one Chinese classes to enhance their learning effectiveness. At present, one-on-one online Mandarin Chinese language lessons and their research mainly focus on beginner to intermediate oral and listening proficiencies. This study, therefore, focuses on the design and practice of one-on-one online adult advanced Mandarin Chinese reading teaching lessons, exploring the quality through case studies. Based on Anderson et al.'s taxonomy of educational objectives, curriculum development criteria, the Situation Model proposed by M. Skilbeck, and the ADDIE adult Mandarin Chinese reading teaching model, this study develops a "one-on-one online advanced adult Mandarin Chinese reading lessons design." This research implemented the course for twelve weeks, seventy-five minutes per week, including one in-depth interview with students about the course requirements. In order to establish the effectiveness of the course design, it examined data analysis such as difficulty analysis of reading materials and new vocabulary, comparison analysis of cognitive teaching objectives and reading teaching activities, formative and summative evaluation analysis of learners, and feedback analysis of learners' questionnaires and written feedback. This study also proposes some suggestions. Firstly, integrating Chinese reading teaching theories and the ADDIE model into developing online situation analysis courses is necessary. Secondly, establishing a record of digital learning and teaching processes is recommended. Thirdly, reading materials and Chinese reading comprehension teaching methods should maintain diversity and flexibility. This study confirms the effectiveness of research design by analyzing various data on course design and practice, thereby establishing the teaching direction of one-on-one online advanced adult Chinese reading lessons.
