摘要

本文先讨论MPPS抽样设计方法，这是美国农业部国家农业统计署（简称为NASS）的专家在上世纪末提出了一种新方法，目的是解决多目标调查中存在的一些问题。然后提出了简单随机抽样设计、PPS抽样设计和MPPS抽样设计的估计，在某些条件下，具有的统一的计算公式，并对公式进行了演绎和解释。

The paper discusses MPPS sampling design that is brought forward by the experts of National Agricultural Statistics Service of Agricultural Department in the U. S. A. to solve the problems of multi-purpose survey firstly. Then it gives the estimation formula that is suitable to SRS, PPS sampling and MPPS sampling under some conditions. The deduction and explain is given also.
