摘要

目前台灣的環境已進入高科技產業的社會，國家需要多樣的高知識人才來提升國家的整體競爭力；配合著現今資訊流的複雜及龐大，如何將手邊多組雜亂的資料整理合成一份有效的資料，並且對龐大的資料量進行分析是現在決策者常面臨到的問題。為了解決這些問題，資料庫的理念逐漸抬頭，於是資料庫的建置與管理成為統計分析的新趨勢。本研究主要是介紹Microsoft SQL Server 2005資料庫如何應用於實際的案例中，對科技人力的資料庫建檔流程稍做說明，並解釋如何使用Microsoft Office Excel的OLAP樞紐分析功能。

In order to solve these problems, the idea of the database rises gradually, so the database building and management of statistical analysis become a new trend. The purpose of this study is to introduce the Microsoft SQL Server 2005 database applies in the case, making a description of the database file of science and technology manpower, and explaining how to use Microsoft Office Excel OLAP.
