基於網路DEA的能源效率評價

Analysis of energy utilization efficiency based on DEA model

摘要


本文的目的是提出一個方法研究網路結構,認為網路結構包含兩個關鍵因素:連接物和中間產物。此外,我們將中間產物分為四種類型,即期望的,非期望的,可自由支配的,不可任意支配的。本文基於DEA-SBM方法研究網路結構,首先,將網路結構分為三個階段,其次,分別計算這三個階段的效率值,最後,集結三個階段的效率值,另外,基於該模型,本文利用2011年的焦炭產業鏈進行能源效率分析。

The purpose of this paper is to develop an approach to a network structure which considers the two factors: link, intermediate. Furthermore, we categorize intermediate activities into four types, i.e. desirable, undesirable, discretionary and nondiscretionary. We will analysis a decomposed network and integrated approach based on data envelopment analysis (DEA) on the basis of slack-based measure (SBM). Firstly, classifying the network structure into three stages; secondly, opening the black box to obtain the period efficiency; lastly, it allows us to integrate the efficiency value of a DMU at all stages. An example is used to be done for efficiency evaluation about coke production chain of twelve provinces of China.
