本研究從醫療相關院所調查配戴萬泰科技推出的銀銅鈦口罩後,出現的佩戴滿意度調查,因受訪者為從事醫療院所的人員,在上班時除了更封閉外,更容易有確診的風險,且須長時間與特定人士相處,在醫療院所更是要求長期必須配戴口罩,因此針對透過受試者填寫的每周快篩次數和口罩配戴頻率,本研究希望在調查配戴銀銅鈦口罩後,受訪者是否在經過不同的特殊保護方式(如長期快篩、配戴及勤更換口罩或勤洗手等)後,對於口罩的購買行為是否有影響,以及受訪者在乎的選擇口罩因素為何,透過本研究期望讓相關產業能有更多的調查意見,及可調整的目標方向。調查結果顯示,每周固定有快篩及一天至少更換一次口罩的受訪者,在口罩購買行為上有特定的要求,即使過了疫情顛峰後,大多受訪者仍然願意花5元以上購買單片口罩,且特別注重口罩的價格、功能,若口罩能有更好的保護性,受訪者願意花費更高的價格購買口罩,故在研究後我們發現,在特定場所上班(包括常出入此地)的民眾,在選擇配戴的口罩時,會更注重在於口罩的功能性,若該口罩有更高的保護力或其他功能性,民眾更願意購買高單價的口罩。
This study investigated the satisfaction level of wearing the silver-copper-titanium mask introduced by WATAI Technology in medical institutions. The respondents were medical personnel who, while working, faced a higher risk of infection due to the close proximity to infected patients and the need to wear masks for long periods of time. The study aimed to examine whether the respondents' purchasing behavior was affected by different protective measures such as regular screening, frequent mask changing, and handwashing after wearing the silver-copper-titanium mask. The study also aimed to identify the factors that the respondents valued when selecting masks. Through this study, the relevant industries can obtain more research insights and adjust their marketing strategies accordingly. The survey results showed that respondents who underwent regular screening and changed masks at least once a day had specific requirements when purchasing masks. Even after the peak of the epidemic, most respondents were willing to spend more than 5 yuan to buy a single mask and placed particular emphasis on the price and functionality of the masks. If the mask had better protective capabilities, the respondents were willing to pay a higher price for it. Therefore, the study found that people who worked in specific places, including those who frequently visited such areas, paid more attention to the functionality of masks when choosing which mask to wear. If a mask had better protective capabilities or other functionalities, people were willing to purchase higher-priced masks.
