台灣的夜市從早期路邊零散分布的小吃攤,漸聚集成每晚流動或定點定時開市,集體零售多元商品之夜間市場,近年來遂發展成國際社會所重視的觀光夜市。中壢觀光夜市為桃園地區頗具知名之特色夜市,已成為外國觀光客入境國門夜間休憩之地方景點。以往夜市攤販給國人的印象,除了商品價格低廉、美食、方便、休閒、輕鬆的消費環境,卻還存留著髒亂、擁擠、車位不足與管理不善之問題。隨著夜市已逐漸成為台灣在國際社會的亮點,如何將夜市發展成優質的消費環境,為值得探究的重要課題。本文以中壢新明觀光夜市為探討對象,從相關文獻、專家訪談及個案現場實況,瞭解影響夜市發展之重點構面及因子,藉此建立觀光夜市發展之網絡架構,從專家的角度利用分析網絡程序法呈現各網絡要素之權重次序。本研究擬對這些實證結果,提出實質的改善建議,作為未來發展地方觀光夜市過程,提升夜市整體品質之重要參考。
From scattering by roadside in early stage, food stalls, in recent years, gradually gathered into flowing or opening at designated time every night, and became the night market with retailing various commodities. Nowadays, the night market has caught the attention of international community. As a well-known night market in Taoyuan area, Jhongli Tourism Night Market now is an important leisure spot for foreign tourists. The night market vendors in the past impressed people by dirty, crowded, lack of parking spaces and mismanagement, despite of the low price, convenience, relaxing environment for consumption. Night market has gradually become the highlights of Taiwan for the international community. How to develop the night market into a consuming environment with high quality becomes an important issue worth to be explored. In this paper, Jhongli Tourism Night Market as the case, we investigated the key dimensions and factors from relative research, experts' interview and case study in site. In order to create a network of the development of night market, we utilized the Analytic Network Process (ANP) to present the weight sequence of the network factors. According to the empirical results, this study proposed positive suggestions for the future development of local tourism to enhance the overall quality of the Night Market as a critical reference.
