技職學生適性診斷評估與職能特質分析之研究-以技術學院學生為例

A Study of Career Personality Aptitude and Occupational Suitability-Institute of Technology as an Example

摘要


本文主要目的在於探討技職院校大專生的職場性格特質、核心職能與適配的工作類型概況,協助大專學生進行職涯探索,使其瞭解自身的職能特質,以強化就業競爭力;並透過分析探討不同學群科系學生核心職能的差異性,綜合研究結果提出建議與策略。基於「適職=能力×性格」的信念,本研究乃從人格特質為出發點,透過『職業適性診斷測驗』邀請桃園創新技術學院13系1所對於職涯探索有需求之學生自願參與並提供解測諮詢,共計601位學生自願參與,並將評估取得之550份有效資料,以探討技職校院大學生實際的優勢職能狀況,並分析不同學群科系、不同性別與年級學生其職場性格特質、核心職能、適性工作類型的差異性以及領導潛能,研究結果顯示不同性別的學生在行動性、指導性、挑戰性、獨立自主性、革新性與感受性方面均呈現顯著差異,且除了感受性之外,男性顯著高於女性;適配工作類型方面,對人的工作高平均者包括人文社會學群以及觀光餐旅學群的學生;營業工作為高平均者包括商管學群、工程學群以及設計學群的學生。相關結果期能裨益未來規劃職涯輔導與求職諮詢的參考依據,此外,本研究之相關測評資料,亦將有系統地建立成為學校學生的職能特質資料庫,作為日後課程規劃與企業徵才媒合之參考運用。

This study aimed to explore the professional abilities and to analyze career personality's trait, core career competencies as well as leadership potential of students with Taoyuan Innovation institute of Technology as sample. In order to provide help for those college students to realize their professional competency and occupational suitability, the study used ”Career Personality Aptitude System” (CPAS) as evaluation tool which is basically a kind of personality characteristic test and mainly used for measuring the aptitude of individuals for occupations. There were 601 volunteers students finished the evaluation test and consulted process that make sure they can choose the right jobs for the right ability in the future. The statistics results were the following: (1)Gender showed statistical significance in terms of daily routine/process work, service/people work, sales/performance work, and strategic planning work; (2)Grade indicated none statistical significance in terms of 12 career personalities, six core career competencies, and leadership potential; (3) The occupational suitability average score of Division of Humanities livelihood and Division of leisure management are higher in service/people work style. Based on summary of the research, advanced suggestion and discuss were proposed for providing appropriate vocational guidance intervention to improve students' professional competitive power.
