網球發球基本動作認識
The Basic Movements Awareness of the Tennis Serve
摘要
本研究將網球技術中，最重要的技術之一發球作解析。本文中探討發球技術的重要性，以及在技術上重要的關鍵。以發球方式來分析，從球拍的握法、發球站位、拋球要領、動作解析來探討。文獻中整理出，網球比賽的勝負以擊球得分來論定，其餘擊球動作是陪襯角色，如在動作過程掌握得宜，有效率的揮擊，必能主宰勝負。就網球發球技術而言，以動作分析可分為三種類型發球方式：（一）平擊式發球擊球法（flat service）。（二）側旋式或者切削式發球擊球法（side spin service or slice service）。（三）上旋式發球擊球法（top spin service）。發球擊球方式之不同，其實是以球拍拍面（racket face）與球接觸時間長短以及旋轉幅度大少的差異來論定方式。三種方式都有其特殊性及實用性，當然要能運用天時地利，且隨時調整來因應付對手，決不可墨守成規來練習。希望藉由本文對網球學習者有更進一步的認識。

The serve is the most important foundation stone of any tennis game. Since the server puts the opponent on the defensive by forcing a return from the weak side or by moving the receiver out of position, the serve has become an effective weapon of attack and therefore the server holds a more dominant position in a competition. Many studies have shown the conclusion that a strong serve can be the basis of winning a tennis game. The purpose of this article is to demonstrate how crucial the role of serving plays in a game and to analyze different types of tennis serving skills. In terms of motions, there are three types of serving skills:1. Flat service2. Side spin service or slice service3. Top spin serviceThe difference among the strike of ball for each serve lies in the duration which the ball touches the racket face and the control of spin of the ball. Each serve can be executed to the server's advantage. A server who adapts the three serves to certain circumstances and opponents through out a match can better attack the opponent's weaknesses and gain more chance to win.
