摘要

本論文說明研究團隊如何利用智慧化雲端技術，將化學品的消費模式與供應商的關係進行深化。透過將實驗室藥品管理雲端化，建置「化學品雲端管理平台」。供應商及各學校實驗室消費者透過雲端，即可協同管控化學藥品資料圖文。建置完成的系統可讓學校、研究人員與教師落實實驗室管理，增進化學品安全。化學品供應商經由雲端數據的收集與分析，可瞭解顧客消費趨勢，並對顧客庫存提供建議，由降低成本提高客戶的收入和行業競爭力。化學品供應商因此除了可以建立新商業服務模式，亦同時提升公司產業競爭力。

This article describes how to deepen the relationship between consumers and suppliers of chemicals, and to build a ＂cloud management platform for chemicals＂ in cloud by cloud technology. Through the cloud, suppliers and school laboratories can collaboratively maintain chemical information such as data and images. This cloud management platform will enable school or institute researchers and teachers to implement the laboratory management to chemicals. Therefore, the system could improve chemical safety and provide available ubiquitously. By means of big data analysis, supplier can sent instant messaging to customers to advise their inventory and improve their revenue and industrial competitiveness. Company partner could not only establish a new business service model for customers to purchase chemicals, but also improve the competitiveness of itself.
