The Influence of Human Resource Management (HRM) on Non-Financial Performance (NFP) in the Airline Industry - A Focus on the Airlines in Korea

摘要


This research aims to examine how human resource management (HRM) influences non-financial performance (NFP) through mediating variables such as service quality management (SQM) and sustainability. The study employs a sample size of 232 respondents, specifically targeting current airline employees in Korea. To explore the relationships among the variables, Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) were employed. The results of this research reveal that HRM positively influences SQM, sustainability, and NFP. Furthermore, SQM has a positive impact on sustainability, consequently contributing to improved NFP. These findings provide valuable insights for the airline industry, emphasizing the crucial role of HRM in driving SQM, sustainability, and NFP.
