本研究主要是探討台灣白玉蘿蔔(Raphanus sativus L. var. Bai Yu)施用有機肥料及液體酵素生長之影響研究。試驗場域位於苗栗縣白玉蘿蔔種植農園,試驗時間自2018年9月7日栽種,2018年11月2日採收,合計自播種到採收共57天;田間試驗區分對照組為有機肥料組;試驗組為有機肥料+液體酵素組。試驗組與對照組的試驗面積各為2公尺 X 18公尺。二組各播種500顆種子,57天熟成隨機採收115顆調查生產量。試驗資料以SPSS軟體進行平均數差異之描述性統計與獨立t檢定之研究方法分析。結果顯示,使用有機肥料+液體酵素的白玉蘿蔔試驗組優於對照組的生長,試驗組的全株鮮重較對照組高256.9 g(p<0.001)、蘿蔔塊根鮮重較對照組高195.2 g(p<0.001)、葉片鮮重較對照組高60.7 g(p<0.001)、葉片長度較對照組長2.9 cm(p<0.001),此結果證明添加液體酵素有效提升有機栽培的白玉蘿蔔產能。
The research is mainly to investigate the effects of organic fertilizer and liquid enzymes on the growth of Taiwan Raphanus sativus L. var. Bai Yu. The experimental site is located in the Raphanus sativus L. var. Bai Yu plantation farm in Miaoli County. The experimental period starts from planting on September 7, 2018 and harvesting on November 2, 2018. From sowing to harvest is total of 57 days. The field experiment distinguishes the control group: the organic fertilizer. Experimental group: organic fertilizer plus liquid enzyme. The experimental bed of the two groups is 2 meters wide and 18 meters long. 500 seeds were sown in each of the two groups, and 115 seeds were randomly picked after 57 days of maturation to investigate the production volume. The experimental data was analyzed by independent t test with SPSS software to explore the difference of the mean. The results showed that the growth of Raphanus sativus L. var. Bai Yu using organic fertilizer plus liquid enzymes in the experimental group was better than that in the control group. The fresh weight of the whole plant in the experimental group was 256.9 g higher than that of the control group(p<0.001), the fresh weight of radish roots was 195.2 g higher than that of the control group(p<0.001), and the fresh weight of leaves was 60.7 g higher than that of the control group(p<0.001). The leaf length is 2.9 cm longer than the control group(p<0.001). This result addresses that adding liquid enzymes can effectively increase the production capacity of organically cultivated Raphanus sativus L. var. Bai Yu.
