摘要


Tc-99m TRODAT-1 是核醫單光子斷層造影劑,為主要偵測腦部突觸前多巴胺轉運器之檢查。有越來越多研究報導多巴胺神經系統,已經被當成重要的診斷巴金森症候群或神經疾病病患的重要檢查依據。然而,許多醫院對於其影像品質品管的技術、影像造影收集條件、影像重組的等條件,卻是有很大的差異及爭論,故建立一套標準造影技術指引,提供國內各醫院核醫科參考使用實有其必要性。如此,將提高Tc-99m TRODAT 核醫藥物的臨床使用價值,同時為增加腦神經疾病的診斷率及預後成效之評估。

Tc-99m TRODAT-1 SPECT tracer is currently one of the most widely used dopamine active transporter (DAT) imaging probes in cerebral pre-synaptic sites. There are more and more articles of DAT research showing that DAT could be a prognostic index for the diagnosis of Parkinsonism and psychiatric diseases. However, many hospitals have big conflicts with the quantification of Tc-99m TRODAT-1 imaging analysis, image acquisition protocols, and image reconstruction algorithms. To establish a Tc-99m TRODAT-1 SPECT imaging procedural guideline is a task which brooks no delay. There will be strong incentives to increase the usage of Tc-99m TRODAT-1 SPECT imaging, and it will provide useful information in the diagnosis and evaluation of suspected cases of neurodegenerative Parkinsonism.
