全球放化製藥之進展與前瞻（II）：放射藥物化學專業術語與命名原則之國際新共識
Progress and Prospects of Radiopharmaceuticals in the World (II): Latest National Nomenclature Guideline for Radiopharmaceuticals and Radiochemistry
摘要
近年來，隨著放射化學與放射製藥領域的日益蓬勃，科學與技術交流的機會也日漸增加。然而，部分專有名詞被誤用或誤解的情況也日益嚴重。為了使放射藥物化學領域的研究人員之間的交流更加順暢，因此建立具有國際共識的專業術語與放射藥物命名原則將會有非常大的幫助。而為了達到這個目標，歐洲核醫學會(European Association of Nuclear Medicine, EANM)特地在2015年組成一個國際性的工作小組。此小組不僅以多種方式收集各國放射製藥專家與研究人員的意見並將以整合，更進一步將這些整合後的意見彙整出一份建議書。目前，這份建議書不僅已於歐美放射製藥相關的國際會議中陸續公告，並且也已經在放射藥物相關的國際期刊中一一發表。而為了有助於臺灣與國際放射製藥領域的相互接軌，因此在EANM國際工作小組的授權之下，我們已將這份建議書翻譯成中文並加以編修，以針對這些已具國際共識的專業術語與命名原則作一介紹。在此，除了希望本文對國際科學交流與期刊發表有所助益以外，更希望此文能幫助臺灣研究人員或學生對放射藥物化學有更進一步的瞭解。

Over recent years, there are much frequently occasions for scientific and technical communication with the growing of radiochemical and radiopharmaceutical fields. However, there are also an increased incidence of incorrect usage of established scientific terms and conventions. To ensure that spoken or written scientific terms and concepts leave no ambiguity in their interpretation and to provide a source literature for terminological harmonization, an international Working Group of European Association of Nuclear Medicine (EANM) was established in 2015 and organized a guidelines representing a consensus of the wider field of radiopharmaceutical sciences. For smooth scientific communication with worldwide radiopharmaceutical-related societies and the further gear with international trends, we have translated and re-edited such nomenclature guideline into Chinese with permission of working group of EANM. This paper here would like to introduce such nomenclature guidelines in radiopharmaceutical sciences and would sincerely hope to be beneficial for students, radiochemists, radiologists or physicians in Taiwan.
