核心肌力訓練對投擲項目的分析探討

摘要


核心肌力訓練是現代運動體能訓練一種嶄新概念與方法,優秀的選手必需具備肌力、速度、耐力、動力等基本體能,在投擲項目力量來源是由下肢依序向上傳至核心肌群所形成的動力鏈,強壯的核心肌群是要達成完美的動力鏈的重要因素,核心訓練的重要作用在於改善身體控制能力和平衡性,同時具有預防運動傷害的功能。選手透過核心肌力訓練可提高身體能量輸出,降低能量消耗,提升肢體協調工作效率。依據文獻分析選手不同差異性與實際情況,運用循序漸進、結合投擲專項運動能力及非穩定狀態(如抗力球)等訓練原則。本文透過蒐集現代核心肌力訓練方法之文獻,並提供將來研究方向之參考。

Core strength training is one of the new concept and methods of the modern sports fitness training. Excellent players must possess capabilities like strength, speed endurance, power and so on. Throwing belonging speed explosive item. The strong core muscles is the indispensable factor to achieve perfect power chain. The important role of core strength training is not only to improve body control and balance but also has the function of preventing sports injuries. Players can improve the body's energy output, reduce energy consumption and improve work efficiency of limb coordination through core strength training. Combined with special athletic ability and non-steady state based on different characteristics of individual players and the actual situation. This collection of modern core strength training methods in order to provide a reference for future research directions.
