摘要

我們呈現了一個罕見的外陰部瀰漫大B細胞淋巴癌（diffuse large B-cell lymphoma）病例，且併發尿道包覆。檢查過程中發現異常的子宮頸抹片報告、上升的乳酸去氫脢及SCC腫瘤指標。針對外陰部腫瘤的診斷，切開性切片檢查是必要的。

We presented an unusual case of vulvar diffuse large B cell lymphoma, Ann Arbor stage IV with urethra encasing, abnormal Pap smear result and elevated SCC Ag, LDH. Incisional biopsy rather than wedge excision is required for diagnosing vulva lesion.
