摘要

我們呈現了一個卵巢癌患者在婦癌減積手術之後接受劑量密集化學治療：紫杉醇每週注射一次加上順鉑每三週注射一次，患者在化學治療期間發生了指甲變化。我們探討此現象的可能成因以及處理方式。

We present a ovarian cancer patient received dose-dense chemotherapy with paclitaxel weekly and carboplatin every three week after debulking surgery. The patient had nail change during the courses of chemotherapy. We discuss the possible mechanism of this phenomenon and management.
