摘要

胃腸道基質瘤（gastrointestinal stromal tumor, GIST）是一種罕見的腫瘤，具有非特異性臨床表現，通常在手術或影像學檢查中偶然發現。當以骨盆腔腫塊為表現時，與婦科腫瘤之間的鑑別診斷則是一個困難的挑戰。在這裡，我們提出一個案例討論模仿婦科腫瘤的胃腸道基質瘤，並根據現有文獻進行討論。作為一名婦產科醫生，在遇到骨盆腔腫塊時，需要了解此類非典型表現，並在鑑別診斷中考慮到胃腸道間質瘤。

Gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) is a rare neoplasm with nonspecific clinical manifestations, often incidentally discovered during surgery or through imaging studies. When presenting as a pelvic mass, it poses a particular challenge in the differential diagnosis of gynecological tumors. Here, we present a case discussing a gastrointestinal stromal tumor mimicking a gynecological tumor and provide a review based on the existing literature. As a professional obstetrician and gynecologist, it is crucial to be aware of such atypical presentations and consider GIST in the differential diagnosis when encountering pelvic masses.
