Introduction: The practice of occupational medicine is integrated functional care, determination of causal relationship for occupational injuries and diseases, and to integrate prevention, compensation and return to work, which helps labors, employers and government. However, although the diagnosis and reporting of occupational diseases and injuries have improved a lot during the past years with previous comparison and reference of systems in other countries, it is not yet consummate. Methods: We organized structural interview and observation with Delphi methods to directly involve and compare the experiences in UK and France. Results and conclusions: We provided the descriptive scheme of both systems, and demonstrated multi-aspect comparison of the two systems. We hoped these experiences to be the reference for promotion of occupational health in Taiwan.
