本研究主要研究水噴霧對於系統刨路作業環境產生進行粉塵及可呼吸性結晶型游離二氧化矽之抑制調查,包括現場環境因素特性、粉塵濃度及可呼吸性結晶型游離二氧化矽成分分析,本研究因時間限制選取2條路線進行刨路作業現場採樣分析,利用個人採樣器搭配總粉塵(CLA4002)、可呼吸性粉塵(CLA4001)、可呼吸性粉塵之結晶型游離二氧化矽(CLA4003)之採樣匣進行成分分析。研究結果發現在未開啟噴霧時刨刀確認員與駕駛員總粉塵濃度分別為2.04mg/m^3與1.97mg/m^3;可呼吸性粉塵為0.97mg/m^3及0.95mg/m^3,噴霧開啟後刨刀確認員與駕駛員總粉塵濃度分別為0.72mg/m^3與0.35mg/m^3;可呼吸性粉塵為0.36 mg/m^3及0.16mg/m^3,粉塵去除率在60~80%之間,可呼吸性結晶型二氧化矽在導入水噴霧系統後去除效果為>99.9%。
This study is mainly for the investigation of total dust, respirable dust and crystalline free cerium oxide in the road-planning environment, including on-site environmental factor characteristics, dust concentration and cerium oxide composition analysis. Field sampling and analysis were carried out in the road environment, and the sample was collected by a personal sampler with total dust (CLA4002), respirable dust (CLA4001) and crystalline free silica oxide (CLA4003) for dust sampling analysis. The research results show that in the experiment of introducing the water spray control system, before the start of the water spray equipment and after the start, the total dust, respirable dust and crystalline free cerium oxide exposure of the driver and the planer confirmer are measured. The removal effect of the water spray system on total dust, respirable dust and crystalline free cerium oxide was 66.2-88.2%, 62.1- 87.1%, and >99.9%, respectively. It shows a significant inhibitory effect on dust and crystalline free cerium oxide.
