華德福教育之美感元素於聖誕節活動的應用:以融入式英語教學為例

Implementing the Aesthetic Elements of a Waldorf Education to Christmas Events: Taking Integrated English Teaching as an example

摘要


民國110學年度,後勁國小附設幼兒園承辦政府推動英文融入式教學計劃,為幫助學前幼兒更貼近英語,我運用在華德福所學到的季節桌的概念來呈現舞台設計,在教室走廊上佈置“耶穌降生”情境,並將英文融入在全園性聖誕節之活動中,讓小朋友跟英文有更多的聯結和互動。除了有豐富、有趣的活動安排外,也讓孩子置身在聖誕情境,讓教室內美感情境佈置和節日故事、戲劇做聯結。華德福教學特別注重藝術與美感,因環境是教學的一部份,美感能點綴生活、增加生活情趣,亦能薰陶性情,故應配合教學內容,將美感的體驗,落實在生活中,培養並提昇幼兒對美的敏感度。

From 2021 to 2022, the affiliated kindergarten of Houjin Elementary School will undertake the government's promotion of the English Integration program. In order to help preschoolers get closer to English, I adopt the seasonal table idea in the Waldorf Education system to conduct a Christmas event, including the stage design, and the decoration of the "Nativity" in Bethlehem in the classroom. English is integrated into the Christmas activities for all the teachers and children so that children can have more opportunities to get access to English. In addition to diverse and interesting activities, children are also exposed to a Christmas situation, and the beautiful aesthetic decorations in the classroom are connected with festival stories and dramas. Waldorf Education pays more attention to art and aesthetics. Since the environment has been part of teaching, aesthetics can embellish life, increase the interest in life, and also educate one's temperament. Therefore, the experience of aesthetics should be implemented in life with the teaching contents to cultivate and enhance children's aesthetic sensitivity.
