建立食品中塑化劑檢測之品保措施

Establishing a Quality Assurance Program in Plasticizers Identification

摘要


2011年5月下旬食品遭塑化劑污染事件發生後,吾等檢驗室有系統的建立食品中6項塑化劑檢驗之分析方法。測試項目包括butyl benzyl phthalate (BBP), di-n-butyl phthalate (DBP), di-n-octyl phthalate (DnOP), di (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), di-isononyl phthalate (DINP)以及di-isodecyl phthalate (DIDP)。檢測前先建立分析方法之確效、量測不確定度以及品保/品管(QA/QC)之要求;檢測數據包含檢量線建立,空白樣品,添加樣品,重複樣品以及品管查核樣品之數據,品保數據之審核依據所建立之管制圖。此外,加強教育檢驗人員了解環境中可能存有塑化劑,以提升其等的警覺性,避免前處理程序可能造成的污染。在一個經認證的測試實驗室中品保程序的落實、檢測資料庫的建立、人員的訓練、以及檢驗報告的可信度及正確性都是缺一不可的要素。

Since the outbreak of the food contamination event in May 2011, we have established a systematic method to identify and analyze six types of plasticizers in food. The types of plasticizers included butyl benzyl phthalate (BBP), di-n-butyl phthalate (DBP), di-n-octyl phthalate (DnOP), di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), di-isononyl phthalate (DINP) and diisodecyl phthalate (DIDP). Prior to examining the samples, we established processes to validate the testing method, determine the uncertainty in measurement, and ensure the requirements of quality assurance and quality control (QA/ QC) were met. During the examination process, we took steps to protect the integrity of our data by including data on the calibration curves, method blank, spiked test and duplicate and control sample. We also use control charts to audit QA/QC results. Apart from process control and data quality control and data quality control, we train our technicians to help them to identify the possible presence of plasticizers in environment and avoid contamination from pre-treatment process. In summary, we believe that the incorporation of QA/QC program, establishment of database and training of technicians are all essential for an accredited testing laboratory to produce credible and accurate results.
