摘要

最近50年來，台灣的檢驗醫學設備與技術有著巨大的改變，早期人工操作技術，逐漸被自動化的儀器取代，並且應用各種設備於流程整合，促成功能更為強大的『全面實驗室自動化』（Total Laboratory Automation, TLA），自此，醫學檢驗品質及分析流程效率，進入一個新的里程碑。在台灣，於國立陽明大學附設醫院檢驗醫學科安裝『實驗室自動化系統』（laboratory automation system, LAS）及檢體前處理系統（pre-analytical system, PAS），輔以功能齊全的實驗室資訊軟體（laboratory information system, LIS），建構『全面實驗室自動化』（Total Laboratory Automation, TLA）系統，此系統使用於改良檢體於分析前之作業流程與提高效率，在例行的分析作業中，展現出優良性能，也印證台灣檢驗醫學技術的改變；經由蒐集臨床實驗室的設備的進化沿革，於本文各階段資料中，闡述台灣檢驗儀器發展概況及全面實驗室自動化設備建置後之成效剖析，將是檢驗設備演進史的有力見證。

Medical Technology in Taiwan undergoes a great change in recent 50 years. Manual operation in early stage now is totally replaced by an automation in instruments and procedures in medical laboratory. Integration of different instruments and procedures develops a system called Laboratory Automation System (LAS). LAS improves the quality and efficiency of medical laboratory in analysis of medical samples. We install this system and a Pre- Analytical System with Laboratory information system in the Department of Medical laboratories, National Yang Ming University Hospital., Yi-Lan, Taiwan, and they exhibit excellent performance of this application in routine analytical work.. As a witness to testify for the change of Medical Technology in Taiwan, we also collected a lot of evident subjects to prove the evolution of equipments used in the clinical laboratories, and arranged these information in posters to describe the stages of the change of Medical Technology in Taiwan.
