惡性心理病態者的心理描繪───以2007年美國維州理工大學大量射殺事件為例
The Psychological Profile of Malignant Psychopath : A case study of the Mass Shootings at Virginia Tech in 2007
摘要
研究目的：政府不斷地強化校園安全網政策之推動，本文作者試著以心理健康防治的角度，倡議如何早期預防惡性心理病態殺人事件發生。研究方法：使用個案研究法（case study），運用2007年8月出版的維吉尼亞州政府官方檢討報告的檔案資料（archival data），借用生命敘說的思維與客體關係的相關概念說明惡性心理病態（malignant psychopathy）「背後隱藏未現的黑暗力量」的心理動力學。研究結果：一個有著先天脆弱胚胎的青少年，在成長過程少了足夠友善的空間，自體結構不斷受到各種形式的腐蝕，自戀性受傷終究沒有機會得到修復。研究結論：對於高風險冷酷無情（callous and unemotional）CU特質的青少年，創造一個親自然的「利社會性」（prosociality）的社會情境。當流離失所的心理病態者，找到安定立命之所在，就能減少他們被孤立異化之後的反撲。

Purpose: By appropriation the concept of advance deployment to enforce the school security framework policy for early prevention of psychopathic murder events. Method: By reframing the life story of a case of the Mass Shootings at Virginia Tech in 2007 based on the official documents from the Government's Report of Review Panel as a psychological profile analysis, we try to figure out the psychodynamic understanding for the hidden issue of malignant psychopathic murder through out the case study method. Results: It did not exit good enough environment to contain psychopathy resulting self erosion and narcissistic injury. There is no potential space for the adolescents with fragile embryo to restoration. Conclusions: We should facilitate the prosociality to the adolescents with callous and unemotional traits via a more social friendly environment as crime prevention strategic. Meanwhile, let the diaspora status of malignant psychopathy back to their homeland escaping of being aliened and secluded in order to avoid the revenge anger acting out behaviors happened.
