高雄市二仁溪流域河口海岸地帶依照地理位置、資源環境,提供遊客不同的特色行程服務,在眾多的海岸地帶競爭下,如何找出本身自己的競爭優勢,是相當重要的議題。但自行車遊程規劃時,無不受限於時間、距離及經費等因素之影響。因此,如何在有限時間及資源條件下,選擇偏好之自行車觀光景點,規劃出有特色價值的遊程,對於提供自行車觀光遊憩資源多元導入的規劃是一重要的資訊,更可作為自行車海洋觀光藍色公路遊程景點開發的依據。但過去甚少有關條件限制情況之自行車觀光遊程設計規劃,因此本研究嘗試以一地方之遊程為案例,並導入最短路徑、成本最小化模型,基於此模型之條件限制基礎,透過專家意見修訂最佳化之路徑遊程設計。本研究建議自行車規劃路線方案選擇共規劃三條路線,分為茄萣舢筏協會到興達觀光魚市場(綠線)、茄萣濕地到竹滬尾鹽田(藍線)、茄萣觀光協會到茄萣興達情人碼頭(棕線),並訂定「距離」、「景點數量」、「休閒療癒舒適度(遮陰度)」三個指標進行綜合評估。
