以半結構訪談法探索廈門市休閒漁業發展策略

本研究旨在探究廈門市休閒漁業發展現狀及存在的問題，並提出相應的策略與建議。採用了半結構式訪談的方法，以自編訪談提綱為藍本與該領域內專家及學者進行探討交流，進而發掘廈門市休閒漁業可行的發展規劃。專家訪問結果表明：廈門市休閒漁業存在著一定的發展潛能，但由於目前正處於初整與規劃階段，休閒漁村缺乏特色及產業意識，導致廈門市休閒漁業並未取得足夠的進展與突破，進入了瓶頸期。在鄉村振興的背景之下，探究適用於廈門地區的休閒漁業發展方案，從而促進行業的進步與發展是十分必要的，例如打造“一村一品”、開發特色專案及智慧財產權、加強區域規劃、發展精緻型休閒漁業等。

This study was conducted for analyzing the current situation of recreational fishery and existing issues in Xiamen city, aims at finding corresponding measures and suggestions. Using the method of semi-structured interview on the basis of self-compiled questionnaire, in order to discuss with experts and scholars major in recreational fishery or relevant subject, find out a suitable way for developing recreational fishery in Xiamen city. The results of this interview show that there is great potential of recreational fishery in Xiamen city, but still in a preliminary stage, there are no distinct features of existing fishing villages in Xiamen city and it’s now facing a dilemma. Therefore, the rising significance of rural revitalization in our country, it is essential for us to find out the best solution for developing recreational fishery in Xiamen city and promote the economy of rural area, such as creating One Village One Product, developing featured projects and items, continuing regional planning and promoting unique forms of recreational fishery.
