餐飲旅遊券(或簡稱餐遊券)的概念主要促進美食旅遊和餐飲業的策略在全球範圍內都有實施,可能起源於多個國家,長期以來缺乏深入的研究。本研究探討了全球範圍內美食旅遊的發展情況及其歷史起源。美食旅遊的概念源自古代,如古希臘和中國,並在現代得到了全球性的發展。許多國家,包括日本、法國、泰國、中國大陸、西班牙等,都以其獨特的美食文化吸引著全球遊客。這些國家的美食旅遊業不僅促進了經濟發展,也成為文化交流的重要途徑。全球化、社交媒體的普及以及新興消費群體的崛起是推動美食旅遊發展的主要因素。而餐遊卷的概念源於法國,本研究針對餐遊卷在不同國家的應用進行了比較分析。研究結果顯示在許多國家餐遊卷作為一種促進餐飲和旅遊消費及養老與社會福利的政策工具,在全球範圍內得到了廣泛應用。這些卷券通常用於旅遊套餐、美食體驗和餐飲消費,並在數位化、金融保證和政府支持方面呈現出不同的特點。餐遊卷不僅降低了消費者的消費成本,還優化了餐飲旅遊資源配置,推動了餐飲旅遊業的發展,並帶動了數位旅遊金融和智慧觀光的發展。
The concept of dining and tourism vouchers (or simply food tourism vouchers) primarily aims to promote gastronomic tourism and the catering industry globally, potentially originating from multiple countries, and has long lacked in-depth research. This study explores the development and historical origins of food tourism worldwide. The concept of food tourism dates back to ancient times, such as in ancient Greece and China, and has seen global development in modern times. Many countries, including Japan, France, Thailand, Mainland China, and Spain, attract global tourists with their unique culinary cultures. The food tourism industry in these countries not only boosts economic development but also serves as an important avenue for cultural exchange. Globalization, the proliferation of social media, and the rise of emerging consumer groups are the main drivers of the development of food tourism. The concept of dining and tourism vouchers originated in France, and this study provides a comparative analysis of their application in different countries. The findings indicate that in many countries, dining and tourism vouchers are widely used as a policy tool to promote consumption in catering and tourism, as well as in elderly care and social welfare, on a global scale. These vouchers are typically used for travel packages, culinary experiences, and dining consumption, and they exhibit different characteristics in terms of digitalization, financial guarantees, and government support. Dining and tourism vouchers not only reduce consumer costs but also optimize the allocation of resources in food tourism, promoting the development of the catering and tourism industry and driving the development of digital tourism finance and smart tourism.
