製造現場管理之改善行動-以A公司的製造課為例

摘要


製造現場作業成本的降低及效率的提升,是企業在產業競爭和增加營收的關鍵,因此製造現場管理的水準將直接影響了品質、成本、交期、工安,甚至生產線同仁的士氣。本研究以製造現場為範圍,探討工廠的中階主管在現場管理工作時所面對的管理問題,及其改善行動。利用行動研究法,本研究探討在有限資源下,中階主管如何致力於製造現場問題的分析及改善。本研究發現中階主管透過兩階段的改善行動,強化了成員們的凝聚力,改善工作場所的效能及其氛圍。

The reduction of operating costs and the increase in efficiency of the manufacturing site are the key to the business competition and increasing revenue. Therefore, the level of manufacturing site management will directly affect the quality, cost, delivery, security, and even production line colleagues morale. This study based on the manufacturing site explores both the management issues faced by the middle manager of the factory in the field management work and its improvement actions. Using the action research method, this study explores how the middle manager is committed to making an analysis and the improvement of the manufacturing site problem under limited resources. The study finds that middle manager strengthens their cohesion and improves the performance and the atmosphere in the workplace through a two-stage improvement effort.
