探索醫院廢棄物處理場之除臭工法

Exploring the deodorization method of hospital waste treatment site

摘要


天使企業有限公司(以下簡稱:天使)專注於環保產品的開發與生產,其中以創新產品「摩法淨(Air Magic)」天然除臭消毒劑最受肯定。本次產學研究擇定北區F醫學中心(以下簡稱:F中心)廢棄物處理場為受測場域,探討最適之除臭工法。研究結果顯示:廢棄物處理場作業環境之氨氣約當濃度若高於35mg/m^3時,則以稀釋比例1:200的摩法淨啟動噴灑30分鐘,以快速降低臭味強度值。接著以1:400的摩法淨啟動30分鐘做加強性噴灑,讓作業環境的臭味強度值可以保證降至5mg/m^3以下。最後以1:800的摩法淨做持續性噴灑,讓作業環境的臭味強度值可以繼續維持在5mg/m^3以下的水準。如此在最節省除臭消毒劑(摩法淨)的用量下,可達到最佳的除臭效能。

Angel Enterprise Co., Ltd. is dedicated to the development and production of environmental protection products. Among them, the innovative product "Air Magic" natural deodorant and disinfectant has received significant recognition. For this research, the waste treatment site of F Medical Center in the northern region was selected as the testing site to explore the most suitable deodorization method. The research results indicate that when the ammonia equivalent concentration in the operational environment of the waste treatment site exceeds 35 mg/m3, initiating a 30-minute spraying of Air Magic at a dilution ratio of 1:200 can rapidly reduce the intensity of odor. Subsequently, a 30-minute intensified spraying of Air Magic at a dilution ratio of 1:400 ensures that the intensity of odor in the operational environment is reduced below 5 mg/m3. Finally, continuous spraying of Air Magic at a dilution ratio of 1:800 maintains the intensity of odor in the operational environment at or below 5 mg/m3. In this way, the optimal deodorization efficiency can be achieved while minimizing the usage of the Air Magic.
