伴隨人口老化趨勢,長期照顧資源及照顧服務人力之需求與日俱增,長照人力是長照體系中的核心,青年世代是未來照顧服務人力中,最迫切需要的資源之一,促使青年世代願意投入照顧產業,是刻不容緩的任務。研究目的試圖透過實際現場訪談分析發展解決方案,規劃培訓青年世代為照顧人力的課程設計研發,本研究從照顧服務人力需求與培訓現況、青年世代對老人態度之相關研究作為論述研發的依據,研究方法選用文獻分析及深度訪談法進行探究,文獻分析以研究論文與政府部門訂頒及公佈的法規、培訓課程等為核心,深度訪談談對象包括2位長期照顧機構負責人、1位照顧服務協會負責人及2位照顧服務員,以及2位長照相關科系學生進行深度訪談。最後,本研究結合文獻與訪談資料進行課程研發,研擬青年世代照顧服務培力方案─「長照種籽實驗計畫」,希冀適切研發適合青年世代之照顧服務課程設計,吸引青年世代投入照顧產業,並提升青年世代對老人正向態度與建立正確職業觀念。
With the ageing of the population, the demand for long-term care resources and care services is increasing. Manpower is the core of the long-term care system. Adolescents are one of the most urgent resources in the future care services. It is an urgent task for adolescent to be willing to take care of the industry. The purpose of this study is to develop solutions program through actual interviews, and to plan training courses for adolescent to take care of human resources. This study is based on the study of the demand for care services, the current status of training and the attitudes of adolescent towards the elderly. The research methods are literature analysis and depth interview, and literature analysis is the core of research papers and training courses published by government departments. The depth interview included two long-term care institution owners, one long-term care association chief executive officer, two nurse aides, and two long-term care department students in the university. Finally, this study combines the literature and interview materials for curriculum design, and plans the manpower empowerment program for adolescent - long-term care seed experimental program. This study hopes to develop appropriate curriculum design for adolescent long-term care services to attract young people into the care industry, and to enhance the positive attitude of adolescent towards the elderly and to establish a correct career concept.
